It keeps coffee hot for hours. Over 7 hours after filling this thermos with coffee, it was still hot enough to burn my tongue. It also works great with cold liquids. I had ice water in it one afternoon and the *next evening* when I went to open and clean my thermos, there was still ice! I was amazed. Having to lug around my large bookbag, computer, and sometimes my digital camera, carrying an easy to spill coffee mug was no easy task. Not to mention I'd finish the whole thing before I ever finished my train ride. Now I can just throw the briefcase mug into my bookbag, and have no worries of spilling. Coffee stays warm for a ridiculously long time. I've cut bag on buying dunkin donuts coffee everyday, to almost never. This thing is the best investment ever. Also, it's sleek, the cheapest I could find for the size, and also keeps my iced tea cold on warmer days. Highly recommended. Disappointment, July 10, 2012 Los Angeles Chick - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Thermos Soft Lenticular Lunch Kit, Ninja (Kitchen) This is such a cool looking lunch box. I was jazzed to present it to my Lego/Ninja loving son. Fortunately I checked it first. Zipper sucks. I think because the design requires a harder cardboard-like insert inside the fabric, it messes up the whole zipper connection. I literally could not close the darn thing. This review is from: Thermos Funtainer Bottle, Butterfly (Kitchen) This thermos replaces one we had for six years and have misplaced. The new butterfly funtainer has a wide opening which makes putting ice in easier than previous models. Also, it has a small handle that unfolds from the lid which makes it easier to tote around. A few other features have been slightly modified, probably mostly for aesthetics or durability. We are pleased with this straw drink container. I am interested to see how well the butterfly design holds up as a thermos I bought 18m ago no longer has a design as it has all rubbed off. The butterfly design has lined blocks of color in a few spots, which I was not able to tell from the original featured picture. Very pretty. It really does make the sounds and noises! Keeps my lunch cold too.
