Raya coolers and totes are perfect for packing a lunch for the office, or sodas for the beach. Interior and exterior can be wiped clean with a sponge and mild soap. Not for use in the microwave or dishwasher.

She bought hers from Target several years ago. The one I received was MUCH cheaper, thinner, and less insulated. It is also missing a layer of firm padding on the bottom and the straps are about a half-inch narrower. Not sure if Thermos Co. has lowered their quality standars or what. Returning this and buying something else from the store, something I can look at first. Thermos--you should fix this; your brand is a hallmark of quality and longevity, but this product is incompatible with your standards. Amazon, of course, is wonderful about returns and is giving me a refund. Love you, Amazon!UPDATE: I was able to purchase a similar one, made by Thermos, at Target. MUCH better quality. The lunch duffle keeps my food insulated well and I always get a lot of compliments on it from my co-workers. The only negative thing I can say is after only the 1st week of using it, the duffle has a little hole in the insulation, I would have thought the insulation to be more durable; it could be that my fork pierced a hole.
