We have at least 10-15 travel mugs around the house and seem to be always getting new ones from somewhere, and this is by far the best in terms of maintaining temperature for literally hours & hours. It's almost 3 pm and the tea I made in it this morning is still warm. One other thing nobody seems to have mentioned yet -- it's very comfortable to drink from. The lid has a raised rim all the way around the top that forms a shape for the drink to flow into when you tip the cup, so it's like drinking from a regular cup. Hard to explain but when you see the lid from the top you'll see what I mean. None of our other mugs have this feature. Another nice thing about the lid is that you can take it apart to really clean the pieces. It always grosses me out to see the dried milk residue that ends up stuck in the moving parts of some of our other mugs. The silicon sleeve has held up nicely too. And there are no smells...
