The cup fits in my cup holder and keeps my coffee warm during the time it takes me to dispatch it during my morning commute. Even in 10 degree weather.However, long term this cup is a health hazard. There are two seals which are not removable, yet are open and exposed to the beverage. As a result, coffee and milk crud builds up over time and cannot be removed with reasonable effort. As another reviewer mentioned, mold begins to grow and coffee begins to taste funny. Unlike that reviewer, I consider this to be an unacceptable shortcoming for a daily commuter cup. The first is coffee. The second is my Nissan travel tumbler. This is the third one I've owned. Sadly, I lost my first one. My second one is the smaller size and in a bronze color. My new one is the 18 oz and in smoke gray color. I absolutely love these coffee travel tumblers! My coffee is still hot hours after pouring it! They've survived quite a bit of abuse - even falling from the roof of my car multiple times.Love this product!! |
